Four world titles. I think the cynics can keep their skepticism from themselves as to whether Manny Pacquiao is a “real boxer” or not.
I won’t dwell on the contention whether he is the greatest Filipino boxer of all time. I just want to make a comment on the coverage done during his arrival.
While his win is an historic one, I just don’t understand why in the world what he ate for breakfast preceded news on the update of Sulpicio Lines tragedy? I’m all for Pacman but this question is intended for the people in charge of the news program.
Where have the newsworthiness gone?
